Kixx Coach Ready For Franchise Journey

26th June 2023

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Kixx Doncaster Lead Coach, Josh Rutherford, has recently become a Kixx Franchisee and will be the proud franchise owner of Kixx Leeds from July 1st.

‘Coach Josh’ as he is known to many in our Kixx family, joined Kixx Doncaster as an assistant coach back in early 2017 when he was just 20-years-old.

Over six years on and spending the majority of those years as a lead coach, Josh, has decided the time is right for a new challenge, but a new challenge within the brand and business he loves so much.

Josh commented:

“This is a really proud moment for me, as I’ve been working with Kixx from a very young age and for over six years. I absolutely adore what Kixx does as a company, its values, the way it does it, and I have been very much at the heartbeat of that with my coaching career.

“It makes perfect sense to take everything I know, the love I have for Kixx, all the knowledge and experience I have gained, and put that all back into my own Kixx franchise.

“I am honestly so excited to become a Kixx franchisee, to continue to be part of this incredible family and to really make a difference to the lives of children in Leeds.”

Marc Potter, Kixx Operations Director, added:

“Josh Rutherford is an outstanding Kixx coach who has given the company many years of hard work and dedication.

“We were so happy for Josh and everyone at Kixx when he decided he wanted to invest and become a Kixx franchisee.

“Josh has everything in his locker to become a very successful Kixx franchisee, and we have no doubt with his experience, passion and determination, he will make a huge impact as the Kixx Leeds franchise owner.”

Congratulations to Josh Rutherford from everyone at Kixx!

This is another wonderful example that the opportunities are there for the right people already within Kixx, to take that next step and become a Kixx Franchisee.

Josh joins the likes of Tom Butterworth and Hayden Denman. Other Kixx coaches who have gone onto become a Kixx Franchisee. But we also have several members of the Kixx HQ head office team who are also Kixx Franchise owners.

Hayden Denman actually started as a volunteer at Kixx, before several years as Kixx coach and finally a franchisee with Kixx Gainsborough.

Tom Butterworth had a very similar journey and has gone onto owning multiple Kixx franchise areas including Kixx Leicester, Kixx Goole & Selby and Kixx Bassetlaw.

If you currently work at Kixx and have an interest in becoming a Kixx Franchisee, the opportunities could be there for you in 2024.
