In Consideration of participating in the Kixx soccer programme, I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of this activity. My (parent and/or legal guardian of the child listed below) child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.
We may require additional information depending on the medical information provided to us by you before we can accept your booking.
I fully understand that this activity involves risks of bodily injury, which may be caused by the child’s own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the condition in which the event takes place. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my child’s participations in the activity.
Kixx Ltd does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, loss or damages except to the extent that it results from our negligence.

Our team have every confidence, that all who join our Kixx family will love it and want to return, and therefore we are happy to offer a full refund on the first month’s fees, and also our registration fee with which our kit is included. We will not even ask you to return the kit, the kit is our gift to you for trying Kixx!
Important note: This offer is only valid if you let the office know of your wish to cancel no later than 7 days from your start date.

About Kixx fees
IMPORTANT: At Kixx we don’t believe in CONTRACTS!
It is important to note, however, that unless you cancel your direct debit at the time you wish to leave the academy or inform our central office of your intention and instruction to cancel, your fees are payable while your payment subscription is running as you have a place reserved at your chosen academy.
Fees are charged on or around the same date every month by a direct debit subscription (12 payments per year – this is to guarantee your child’s place until you cancel). Please note, fees are payable every month, this is irrespective of whether the payment falls on our week break or not. IMPORTANT – Fees are not charged per session or per 8-week programme.
Note: Fees are still payable whether a member is absent due to holiday or illness. The monthly subscription is to guarantee a place at the academy.
Should you cancel your direct debit before a period of absence, the place will be offered to our waiting list.
(In the event that Kixx has to cancel one week, where possible a make-up session will be provided at the end of the 8 week programme and will roll straight into the next).
Once Kixx receives a “failed payment” notification from Gocardless.com – our central office will adopt the following procedure:
- If your payment fails – our direct debit provider GoCardless, will automatically retry the payment in 10 working days. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in the account. This process is repeated up to three times and then you will receive an email from central office suspending the members place at the academy until fees have been paid and cleared.
- Should we not hear back from you, your place will be terminated.
During the period of non-payment, you may also be contacted by the coach, or spoken to at any session with regards to your payment. Academy coaches are aware of all customers failed payments throughout their region.

To avoid having to refund fees and inconvenience customers due to cancellations, we would like to ask customers to observe their monthly payment date and remember that fees are paid monthly in advance.
- Refunds are not available when members cannot attend due to holidays or illness.
If you wish to cancel your Kixx membership, please contact our central office.
Once our admin team receives a “Cancellation” notification from Gocardless.com we will email confirmation of receipt by email. This email will detail what happens next, and how long you have remaining at the academy – date within which your final session will take place. We do not refund for part a month should you cancel too late and are unable to attend. (Please ensure you cancel your direct at the correct time or contact our office on 01302 618080 who will happily do this for you).
