Kixx sessions develop children’s physical and social skills simultaneously promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Our sessions have been created and developed by professional footballers and trained coaches who use the best games, drills, exercises, and materials for working with children aged 2 to 10 years.

All sessions provide a fun, playful, safe environment which encourages children to develop a positive sense of themselves, respect for others, a positive disposition to learn new skills, and a sense of pride in their ability to master them.

Job description

Full Time - Children's Sports Coach

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full Time Kixx Sports Coach, working 30 hours per week, including weekends.
  • The salary for this role will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, with a salary range of up to £17,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and suitability.

Are you what we are looking for?

  • A Kixx Sports Coach is responsible for delivering engaging and fun football sessions to both boys and girls between the ages of 18 months to 12 years old across a range of settings, including Kixx academies, holiday camps, education, and nursery settings.
  • Our coaches are responsible for delivering P.E. lessons in line with the national curriculum, as well as maintaining positive partnerships with parents, communities, and schools.
  • Our ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, a strong passion for helping children thrive, reliability, punctuality, the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, the initiative to deal with incidents, a willingness to accept extra responsibilities when needed, and the ability to always model the Kixx Family Values. These competencies are essential for success in the role of a Kixx Sports Coach.
  • To be eligible for this role, candidates must have prior experience working with children and young people, a valid full driving license, and the flexibility to travel to various venues across Nottinghamshire.
  • Essential requirements include an enhanced DBS check, first aid and safeguarding certificates which can be provided.

Part Time - Children's Football Coach

  • A Kixx Football Coach is responsible for delivering engaging and fun football sessions to both boys and girls between the ages of 18 months to 10 years old across our Kixx football academies. 
  • Our coaches are responsible for delivering football sessions in line with the Kixx curriculum, as well as maintaining positive relationships with other coaches, parents, communities, and facility management teams 
  • In the role of a Kixx Football Coach, our ideal candidate embodies a positive attitude and possesses a strong passion for helping children thrive. They demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
