A Young and “Inspiring” franchisee recently made Lincolnshire’s prestigious 30 Under 30 list which celebrates the regions top rising stars. 23 year old, Hayden Denman, the Kixx franchisee for children’s football academy, Kixx Gainsborough, was nominated for the prestigious honour alongside over 200 other entries.
Lincolnshire’s 30 Under 30 is a highly esteemed initiative that identifies and celebrates the top 30 young talents and ‘game changers’ who have made significant strides in their respective fields.
Out of more than 200 exceptional nominees, Hayden’s exceptional achievements as a Kixx franchisee secured him a well-deserved spot among the region’s top 30 rising stars.
Hayden’s remarkable journey with national children’s football academy brand ‘Kixx’ began at the age of 15 when he joined as a volunteer.
Displaying remarkable dedication, skills, and a charismatic coaching personality, he quickly progressed to lead football academy sessions at Kixx, whilst he was still a teenager.
Still at the age of 20, Hayden, became one of the youngest Kixx franchise owners and becoming the franchisee of Kixx Gainsborough. Now, at the age of 23, he oversees a thriving Kixx Franchise that positively impacts the lives of nearly 200 children every single week.
In addition to his success within the franchise, Hayden has demonstrated a strong commitment to community development. Collaborating with local councillors, he has played a pivotal role in providing free sessions in disadvantaged areas, making sports accessible to all. Furthermore, Hayden serves as a behavioural and resilience mentor in local secondary schools, showcasing his dedication to empowering and inspiring the next generation.
Commenting on his inclusion in Lincolnshire’s 30 Under 30, Hayden Denman stated:
