For the first time in 18 months, we had our entire Kixx Franchising Network and Kixx UK team, all together at a truly inspiring event during October 2021.
The ‘Kixx Franchising Engagement Event’ was an opportunity for us all to reflect, take stock, share stories and to discuss the future with our franchise family.
It was heart warming and motivating to listen to these individuals share their journeys at Kixx with each other.
Looking across the room, it was also amazing to see so many people that have joined Kixx, after very different careers.
In the same room, we had Kixx Franchisees who are current professional footballers, retired footballers, football coaches, secondary school and primary school teachers, former military personnel, physiotherapists, sales managers and financial advisors.
Many have been on very different career paths, all different personalities but every single person cared about making a difference to the lives of children.
Positively impacting children is front and centre of everything we do…and it was clear everyone at this event shared the same mission, goal and values.
