During the months of April and May, thousands of children aged between 5-11 years enjoyed free football sessions at Kixx venues, as part of the McDonalds Fun Football programme.
The Fantastic news for many children across the country is that we will be providing even more venues during June and July!
Kixx is a major national provider for the delivery of the McDonald’s Fun Football sessions.
The McDonalds Fun Football sessions are perfect for those new to football aged between 5 and 11 years. This means the sessions are fully inclusive and it doesn’t matter if your child has never kicked a ball before.
This program is a partnership between the English Football Association and McDonalds to deliver a block of 4 weeks coaching to children, encouraging participants to get active and inspire them to stay active.
This amazing nationwide initiative and programme aims to provide 5 million hours of Fun Football to over 500,000 children by 2022! And we are proud at Kixx to be significantly contributing to that target!
In the last two months 17 Kixx venues have been available to offer the McDonalds Fun Football sessions, and incredibly for June and July, we can increase this to 35 Kixx venues across the country.
