At Kixx, our mission is simple — to help children grow and develop both on and off the pitch. 

Every member of our team is committed to creating a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where your child can enjoy football, make friends, and build confidence.

These terms explain how we operate, protect your child’s wellbeing, and make sure every family enjoys the best possible Kixx experience.


1. Safety, Wellbeing & Liability

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

By registering my child to participate in a Kixx programme, I, the parent and/or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I understand the nature of football-related physical activity and confirm that my child is in good health, qualified, and in the proper physical condition to safely take part.

  2. I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including the possibility of minor or serious injury, which may result from my child’s own actions or inactions, those of other participants, or the conditions in which the activity takes place.

  3. I accept and assume all such risks and full responsibility for any loss, cost, or damage incurred as a result of my child’s participation.

  4. I acknowledge that Kixx Franchising Ltd may request additional medical or support information before confirming participation to ensure my child’s safety and wellbeing.

  5. Kixx Franchising Ltd does not accept responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage except where it results directly from our negligence.


2. Our Money-Back Promise

We’re confident that every child who joins the Kixx Family will love being part of our sessions — but we also want you to have complete peace of mind.

If, after your first session, you decide Kixx isn’t quite the right fit, we’ll happily provide a full refund of your first month’s fees and your registration fee (which includes your Kixx kit).

And don’t worry — the kit is yours to keep as our gift for giving Kixx a try!

Please let us know within 7 days of your start date if you wish to cancel to qualify for this offer.


3. How Our Payments Work

We don’t believe in contracts — just great experiences and flexibility for families.

Your child’s place at their chosen Kixx academy is secured by a simple monthly subscription (12 payments per year).
Payments are collected automatically on or around the same date each month to guarantee your child’s place.

Please note:

  • Fees are not charged per session or per block.

  • Monthly fees remain payable during holidays or absences due to illness.

  • If you cancel your subscription before a planned break, your child’s place may be offered to another family on our waiting list.

  • If we ever have to cancel a session, we’ll aim to make it up at the end of the block or roll it into the next.

These terms are designed to keep the system fair and consistent for every Kixx family.


4. Failed Payments

Sometimes payments fail — it happens!

If this occurs, our payment provider Stripe will automatically retry the payment several times.
If the payment remains unsuccessful, our Head Office will contact you to help resolve it.

While we try to hold your child’s place, prolonged non-payment may result in that place being released to another family.

If you ever have difficulty making a payment, please speak to us early — we’re here to help.

5. Refunds

Our sessions are carefully planned in advance to ensure every child has the best possible experience.
Because of this, refunds are not available for sessions missed due to holidays or illness.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate special circumstances, so please contact us if something unexpected arises.


6. Cancellations

If you ever need to leave the Kixx Family (though we’ll be sad to see you go!), please note the following:

  • All cancellations must be made directly through Kixx Head Office by calling 01302 618080 or emailing admin@kixx.org.uk.

  • This process ensures there is a full record and audit trail of your request.

  • Cancellations cannot be processed by your local coach, at a session, or through social media.

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will confirm it in writing and let you know when your subscription will end.
Cancellations take effect from the date you contact Head Office.

If you cancel partway through your payment cycle, we’ll confirm how many sessions remain and inform your child’s coach so everything is handled smoothly.


7. Nursery Sessions

Our nursery sessions are delivered in partnership with individual nurseries and are exclusively for children who are currently enrolled at that nursery.

This ensures the safest possible environment and a consistent, nurturing experience for every child involved.


8. Data Protection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.
All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only collect information necessary for your child’s participation and never share data with third parties other than for essential operational purposes (e.g. payment processing via Stripe).
