This is our way of saying thank you for helping more children discover the joy, confidence and fun that comes with being part of Kixx.
1. Promoter. The promoter is Kixx Limited, Unit 6 Platinum Park, First Avenue, Auckley, Doncaster, DN9 3RU (kixx.org.uk).
2. Promotion period. The promotion runs from 00:01 on 11th June 2026 to 23:59 on 19th July 2026 (UK time). Referrals and bookings made outside this window are not eligible.
3. Eligibility. Open to existing Kixx parents/guardians aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Kixx staff, franchisees and their immediate families are excluded. Kixx reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
4. How to enter. Refer a friend to Kixx during the promotion period. To count as an entry, the referred family must complete a paid Kixx booking between 00:01 on 11th June 2026 and 23:59 on 19th July 2026, and must enter the name of the existing Kixx child who referred them in the relevant field of the booking form. Each successful referral that results in a paid booking completed within the promotion period counts as one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per referrer.
5. No purchase necessary. No purchase by the existing Kixx family is necessary to enter. The referred family must complete a paid Kixx booking within the promotion period for the referral to count as an entry.
6. The prize. One winner will receive a luxury UK spa break for two people. The total spend (accommodation, treatments, meals and any travel arrangements made by Kixx on the winner's behalf) is capped at £500 inclusive of VAT. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Kixx reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. Booking the break. The break must be booked and taken within 90 days of the winner being notified. Subject to availability at the winner's chosen venue. Any costs incurred above the £500 cap are the winner's responsibility.
8. Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 21st July 2026. The draw may be conducted during a live or pre-recorded draw published on Kixx's social media channels. The winner will be contacted using the email or phone number held on their Kixx account within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Kixx reserves the right to redraw. All prizes are subject to verification of the winner's eligibility.
9. Publicity. The winner agrees to Kixx using their first name and the first name of the referred child (or initials, on request) in announcement materials across the Kixx website, newsletter and social channels. The winner also agrees that Kixx may use photographs and/or video content from their prize experience for marketing, promotional and PR purposes across Kixx's communication channels (including its website, social media and email).
10. Data. Personal data collected for this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and will be handled in accordance with the Kixx privacy policy.
11. Social media platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Any information provided by entrants is given to Kixx and not to any such platform, and entrants release these platforms from any liability in connection with the promotion.
12. No affiliation with FIFA or the World Cup. This promotion is run independently by Kixx and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any associated body. References to the "World Cup" relate only to the timing of the campaign.
13. General. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms. Kixx reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or that is suspected of being fraudulent. Kixx reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion, or these terms, if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control. The decision of Kixx in all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
