We are thrilled to announce that James Cullingworth is the new franchisee for Kixx Burton.
36 year old James Cullingworth brings an incredible wealth of experience and passion to the Kixx franchise family!
James’s journey in education began in 2012, and he has since dedicated himself to helping the lives of children as a PE teacher at a secondary school in Derby, where he currently resides.
His background in football is equally impressive, having spent a decade at Nottingham Forest Youth Academy, enjoying a year as professional, before transitioning to a career in coaching and education.
As a qualified sports and football coach, James holds an FA Level 2 and UEFA B coaching badges.
James is no stranger to #TeamOrange either!
James’s expertise has been instrumental in his coaching roles at several of our Kixx academies in Mansfield, Derby, and Matlock over the past seven years.
Our new franchisee’s deep connection to the Kixx brand and his extensive coaching experience make him the perfect fit for this new role. James also lives close by the academies in Derby with his fiancée, Natalie, and their daughter, Isla, who was born earlier this year.
James shared his excitement about this new venture
“I am absolutely delighted to have launched my own children’s football academies across Burton and Swadlincote.
“I know the brand well and after speaking with other Kixx franchise owners, it really was an easy decision to make when the opportunity arose to become a Kixx franchisee.
“Helping the next generation through work is all I have ever known and loved to do, and now I can do this with my own business which is something I have always wanted to achieve.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity for myself and my family and I’m just so excited for both the present and the future.”
